Proxy Healthcare is a specialized wound care provider focused on helping patients heal through consistent, clinician-led care.


We work with patients, families, and community providers to deliver evidence-based wound care services — from simple dressing change to advanced stem cell therapies (and everything in between!)

 Proxy Healthcare is nurse-owned and clinician-led, meaning care decisions are guided by hands-on clinical experience.

Our leadership remains actively involved in care delivery, quality oversight, and clinical decision-making — keeping wound care focused, appropriate, and patient-centered.

How you Fit Into the Care Team

 We serve as a supplemental wound care resource and work alongside physicians, home health agencies, skilled facilities, and case managers.

Our role is to support the existing plan of care — not replace it — through focused wound expertise, timely communication, and clear documentation.
